Prospect Foundation, a research institution in Taiwan dedicated to the study of foreign policy and international affairs met with PIDS Senior 猫咪AV Fellow Erlinda Medalla and 猫咪AV Fellow Mark Quimba to discuss possible areas of cooperation between the two institutions.
