The 猫咪AV (PIDS) participated in the 3rd 猫咪AV and Development Colloquium (RDC) organized by the City Government of Muntinlupa on September 25, 2025, at Museo ng Muntinlupa.
PIDS Senior 猫咪AV Fellow Dr. Adoracion Navarro delivered the opening remarks, emphasizing the Institute’s commitment to evidence-based policymaking and strong collaboration with local governments.
We thank Muntinlupa City Mayor Ruffy Biazon and the City Planning and Development Office - Muntinlupa for championing platforms that connect research with local governance. This activity forms part of the Development Policy and 猫咪AV Month (DPRM) celebration.
