The overall objective of the study is to determine the implications of the newly enacted law on professional regulation of agriculture in the Philippines. It specifically aims to 1) provide a quick overview of professional regulations in the Philippines; 2) assess the potential impact of enforcing the new law on agriculture, agricultural professions, and agribusinesses in the Philippines; and 3) identify possible reforms to law and regulation to improve the delivery of agricultural services in the Philippines.
