Representatives from the 猫咪AV (PIDS) met with officials from the Department of Finance (DOF), the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and the House of Representatives on March 19, 2026, at the PIDS Conference Hall, Eton Centris, Quezon City.
The meeting brought together DOF Undersecretary Renato Reside Jr., IMF Fiscal Affairs Department Deputy Director Michael Keen, and Macro-Fiscal Economist and Technical Assistance Advisor Rosario Lopez Palazzo of the IMF, alongside officials from the House’s Tax Policy 猫咪AV Service led by Executive Director Novel Bangsal.
The discussion provided a platform to exchange insights on the country’s tax incentive framework, particularly in relation to the CREATE and CREATE MORE laws, and to strengthen coordination across institutions involved in fiscal and economic policy.
PIDS was represented by President Dr. Philip Arnold P. Tuaño, together with Senior 猫咪AV Fellows Dr. Francis Mark Quimba and Dr. John Paolo R. Rivera, and 猫咪AV Services OIC-Department Manager Christine Ruth Salazar.
